Documents
Adult visitors (18+) must present an identity card or passport. Identification details are required as part of the entry procedure.

Groups
The special group rate applies to organized school, university and pensioner groups carrying an official participant list issued on the letterhead of their school, university or pensioners' association.

Location
ARK D-0 / Tito's Bunker is near Konjic, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Ticket pickup is in Konjic. After pickup it is about 5 km to the facility.
Arrival
Arrive 30 minutes before your tour time. Free parking is available at the bunker entrance if you arrive by car. After ticket pickup, parking is provided in front of the gate to the restricted area. If you arrive early, a café and restaurant are available at the Travel Konjic ticket pickup location.
House rules
- Wear comfortable walking shoes; the visit includes walking and stairs.
- Indoor temperature is about 20–23 °C.
- Still photography without flash is allowed; video recording is not.
- Drones are not allowed.
- Food and drink are not allowed, except a closed bottle of water.
- Pets are not allowed.
