Tickets & prices
How much does a ticket cost?
Non-resident visitors: 40 BAM / €21 per person. BiH residents: 20 BAM / €11 per person. Organized student and pensioner groups: 10 BAM / €6 per person.
Who qualifies for the resident rate?
The resident rate applies to visitors who have residence in Bosnia and Herzegovina, regardless of nationality.
Do children pay?
Children aged 11 and under: free.
Who qualifies for the 10 BAM / €6 group rate?
The special group rate applies to organized school, university and pensioner groups carrying an official participant list issued on the letterhead of their school, university or pensioners' association.
Booking
Is a reservation required?
Yes. Send a reservation request before you arrive. Confirmation is sent by email once availability is checked.
When do tours take place?
Tour times are 09:00, 12:00, 15:00.
How long is the visit?
The standard guided visit lasts approximately 90 minutes.
Documents
What document is required?
Adult visitors need an identity card or passport. Visitors aged 12–17 pay for a ticket, but an identification document is not required.

Arrival
Where do I collect tickets?
Tickets are collected in Konjic. Open the exact location in Google Maps. After pickup it is about a 5 km drive to the facility. Arrive 30 minutes early.
What can I do if I arrive early?
There is a café and restaurant at the ticket pickup location, so you can have a drink or meal while waiting for your scheduled visit.
Inside the bunker
In which languages is the tour given?
Guided visits are offered in Bosnian and English.
What is the temperature inside?
The indoor temperature is about 20–23 °C.
Is photography allowed?
Still photography without flash is allowed inside the facility. Video recording and drones are not allowed.
Transfers
Can I arrange a transfer from Sarajevo?
Yes. Transport from Sarajevo is +100 BAM / €52 per person, minimum 2 persons. Pickup details are confirmed with your reservation.
Can I arrange a transfer from Mostar?
Yes. Transport from Mostar is +115 BAM / €60 per person, minimum 2 persons. Pickup details are confirmed with your reservation.
